SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm Indoor Football Team announced on Friday afternoon that All-IFL Wide Receiver Kentrez Bell has signed a contract for the 2024 Indoor Football League Season. Bell was the only IFL wideout to eclipse 1,000 receiving yards during the regular season and finished the year with 24 touchdowns.
