Balanced Attack Propels Dream to Important Road Win

A balanced attack carried the Atlanta Dream to its fourth consecutive win and put it in position to secure homecourt advantage in the first round of the playoffs as it defeated the New York Liberty 95-84 on Monday at Barclays Center. The Dream can clinch home-court advantage with a win at New York Wednesday in its finale because it trails third-place Las Vegas by one-half game and leads fifth-place Indiana by 1 ½ games. Golden State Warriors Sign Graham Ike to Two-Way Contract

SANTA CRUZ, CA - The Golden State Warriors have signed forward/center Graham Ike to a two-way contract, it was announced today. Ike, 6-9, 245, played 146 games (138 starts) over five seasons of college basketball, beginning his career at Wyoming (2020-22) before finishing his last three seasons at Gonzaga (2023-26). In his final collegiate season, he played in 31 games (30 starts) and averaged 19.9 points (56.3 FG%, 33.8% 3P%, 79.7 FT%), 8.0 rebounds, and 2.4 assists. Las Vegas Lights FC Defender Callum Stretch Called up to Puerto Rico National Team

Las Vegas Lights FC today announced that defender Callum Stretch has received a call-up to the Puerto Rico national team. Puerto Rico will face Guyana on September 24, Dominica on September 27, Cayman Islands on October 1, and once again Cayman Islands on October 4 for the 2006-27 Concacaf Nations League B group stage. The 2026-27 Concacaf Nations League will serve as a qualifier for the 2027 edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup, the confederation's premier national team competition.
